This recipe is dedicated to my friend Jennifer who introduced me to this combination freshman year while at Seacobeck Hall at UMW.  It may seem like an odd combination but it is so satisfying and delicious.

Loaded Cottage Cheese

There really are no major ingredients or directions but rather the simple combination of the following:

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1/2 chopped apple or pear

1 T peanut butter

sprinkle of cinnamon

Protein (cottage cheese), fiber (fruit), and healthy fat (peanut butter)

Devour and Enjoy!
